As a next step to DUOBASSO1, this recording includes works by 20th century composers. In addition to original works, the duo also ventured into own transcriptions of works by Piazzolla, Lutoslawski and Dowland. In these transcripts is also the “Scherzo” of Arie Van de Moortel (for viola and cello) whose handwriting was accidentally found. The duet “Tandem”, written by Richard Dubugnon has been dedicated to the brothers Suys. This album has been produced by UT3-Records.
